Today, we attended and participated in both of the Cedar Mountain Chapel services. Now Behold the Lamb was performed in both of the services. The joy of the children here is completely heartwarming and just a simple hi makes them makes them so happy.

On Saturday we went into a village and ministered to children. We played soccer with them and them gave them medicine. Today we went to Pastor Wingdoms church. We did the skit Now Behold the Lamb. We did it once for each service. When we got back to the hotel, we rested and fed. My favorite part of the trip so far was ministering to the kids and playing with them. Just to see their smiles brought joy to my heart.

My God is AWESOME! Saturday, we were able to visit the village Amanase. As the medical team treated the people, the youth were able to interact with the children of the village. What an amazing experience. We were able to sing, dance, talk and show the children the love of God. Sunday, we went to Cedar Mountain Chapel. The presence of God was evident. Incredible blessed to be here and looking foward to what God will continue to do in us, through us and in Ghana.

Praise God. The joy we have brought to these people is so overwhelming to see. The children in the village we visited yesterday were so happy to interact with us and although the language barrier between us was very great, nothing could stop all of us from having fun together. At church this morning the youth team was able to perform during the services and the congregation loved it. I cannot wait to see what else God has in store for us and the people of Ghana.

As the week progresses I am starting to fall in love with Ghana more and more. The people is what I am falling in love with the most. Everyone is extremely kind, loving, and are filled with joy. The people have few possessions and live in poverty, yet they still have an overwhelming happiness. My heart is broken seeing this and I realize how really blessed I am. Also the people who are apart of Cedar Mountain Chapel are extremely passionate and on fire for God. They put their best foot forward and do everything in excellence, and that is something that I definitely want to bring back home with me! Will be back soon!

Amanase-Borgety Clinic and Well Dedication
7.20.13 Greetings from Ghana. We are settled into the Erata Hotel and rested after a long travel day. Praise God! We traveled 2 hours north to the village of Amanase-Borgerty. The team was presented to the Chief of the village by Pastors Steve and Godwin. The chief thanked the Mission Church for the fresh water well which has been a blessing to the village. He remembers a year ago when the well was promised, but he said he is grateful that the Mission Church followed through with the promise and the well is being used by the people. The eye clinic provided reading glasses to approximately 125 people.
We are proud of the team, both youth, medical, eye clinic, and support teams from the Mission Church as they worked so very tirelessly with the members of Meaningful Life and the Cedar Mountain Chapel to provide excellent care and fellowship with the people of the village.
In the afternoon there was a ceremony, where Pastor Gregg presented 30 goats to families of the village. It was certainly memorable! There was singing and dancing, in which our young people joined right in; What a sight this was!
After this ceremony, we walked to the well site where there was a ribbon cutting ceremony and fresh water was pumped and we all were sprinkled with the water! Pastor Gregg thanked God for the blessing of this well to the village. Thank you Mission Church for your support of this entire mission.
The team shared their thoughts and impression of their day during a time of fellowship in the evening and have now retired to bed. Everyone is doing very well, praise God! and we are looking forward to celebrating the Lord's Day tomorrow at Cedar Mountain Chapel.
Thank you for your continued prayers as we have a full week of mission still ahead. We are so very blessed by God's grace to us.
We will be posting many photos for you to enjoy.
Love to all, from Gerard, Pastor Ralph, Kathy and the Team. xxx

Dear families- We have arrived safely by God's grace and everyone is tired but energized by a warm welcome from Pastor Steve Wengham and Pastor Godwin along with so many others from Cedar Mountain Chapel church! We were met at the airport with hugs and smiles and escorted through customs onto air conditioned buses to a tasty dinner at the Erata Hotel. After dinner, we received warm greetings from Pastor Wengham and an outline of our upcoming activities from Pastor Godwin. the people of Cedar Mountain Chapel put so much work into making our trip here run smoothly and we each received a personalized booklet which provided our itinerary as well as other useful information. Each team member was individually welcomed by name and it is quite obvious that the family of God has no borders!!
