Today was faaaaaaaaantastic! WE GOT TO SLEEEEEP IN!! that was awesome. we had the normal morning routine then we went to the medical clinic. The youth did all our skits and drama and we did amazing. Three people were saved. That made my spirit leap. After that we had lunch then we did street evangelism. i handed out about 3,000,000 books. The people are so hungry and i wish the people back in the US were as hungry as them. After that we went back to the hotel then we went to the healing service. i was given the honor of praying for a man with asthma. This is close to my heart because i have asthma. Then a women sang Because Of Who You Are. OMGoodness the song that started my walk with God. It was such a blessing. Today was awesome.

Hello New York!! This trip has been such an incredible blessing! Just being to experience and explore Ghana has been wonderful! The Youth team has been walking all over Accra handing out tracks and talking with people about the medical clinic, the services, Cedar Mountain Chapel, and most importantly...Jesus! :) I have been the "sound team" for the Youth team when we get an opportunity to do our skits and dances and as I stand there watching the reactions of the people as they get touched by Jesus, I myself am overwhelmed by His love, His grace, His mercy. These beautiful people; many who don't have anything; get to experience Jesus in such a brief and beautiful moment. At times my emotions almost get the best of me, but I remember that all though I may not be able to do much, I am blessed for the opportunity to be used by God for whatever He wants. It's also such a great joy to know that I will see all of these people again one day in Heaven. Keep your prayers coming! We feel them and need them! -Emily D'Ambrosio
Hola friends and family! Ghana has been AMAZING so far! Today the youth team continued to minister to the people at the medical clinic. It is truly a blessing to see these young men and women of God serve these people so willing. I must say that I was a little shocked at their maturity because a lot of them are pretty silly (which is a lot coming from me). Their passion in the dances and dramas has touched my heart as well as the the hearts of all the people there. We have also handed out a lot of tracks along the streets of Accra....literally well over a thousand. The people here are so receptive; cars have even pulled over asking for the tracks! In NY they usually yell at us to go away or ignore us. Coming to the trip, I did not know what to expect at all, but it has been truly amazing to see God's plan unfold before my eyes. I'm so blessed and honored to be part of such an amazing mission. I cannot wait to see what else God is going to do! ~Julia Rita Langford (the first)
