we are his hands and feet........... there is a song that says something like give me your eyes for just one second give me your hands for just one minute.......... as we journey thru Africa we are Jesus's disciples, we are his hands and we are his feet....... we are to share his love and our team is going out and touching everyone. Smiling ... Laughing.... Crying..... Caring.... Giving of there time all in the name of Jesus..... Thank you for letting me be a part of this.....

THIS MISSION HAS BEEN A CELEBRATION OF JESUS. AT TIMES IT HAS ALSO BEEN A BATTLE AGAINSTT DARKNESS. WE HAVE PUT ON THE FULL SUIT OF ARMOR EACH DAY. INSTILLING HOPE HERE HAS BEEN AN IMMPERATIVE & I BELIEVE WE HAVE DONE SO. FOR ME THIS HAS BEEN AN OVERWHELMING EXPERIENCE THAT WORDS NOR PICTURES CAN EXPRESS...THE EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME!

What an amazing blessing to be part of this multi-facited team. The Lord has been blessing each and every one of us. Sometimes I think more than we are blessing those we are ministering to. Working with the great members of the CMC has been an awesome experience as well. Tonight's healing service was over the top!!! The prayer needs were many and God showed up. People being healed, people getting words from the Lord, people receiving the Holy Spirit.... AMAZING! Time is flying by too fast. The clinic was an overwhelming success. The bonding between team members from the Mission Church and from CMC is stupendous. This is what it's all about. Jesus said Go... and here we are.

I am grateful beyond expression and the Lord has given us the ability to press on despite the challenges. The people of Cedar Mountain are amazing to work with and have been such humble servants to us in supporting this mission.
Words can't describe this experience. It's dirty on all levels,Spiritually, physically, and emotionally! From the very youngest to the oldest we are growing in the Lord and witness to his mercy, grace and Power! No way can we come back the same.
The people are humbling, beautiful, grateful and open. We have seen hundreds of people in the medical clinics each day with four doctors and about six or seven nurses. I worked along side the doctors. we treated for Malaria, intestinal parasites, skin conditions and tropical diseases. Of course hypertension and the usual things we see in the states but so many without insurance or a way to follow up with the doctors or had ailments that we could not help. So WE PRAYED and Trust me when I say the LORD showed up!
I am grateful and humbled to be used in such a powerful way and to be a part of the terrific team.
Tomorrow we will go to the orphanage and minister to children with special needs. Everyday is a surprise. We have learned to go with the flow and expect the unexpected! Can't wait to see and experience what's next!
Keep us in your prayers as most of us have experienced stomach issues, cause the Devil AIN"T Happy cause OUR GOD is AWESOME and greater in power and might! Hallelujah!
Love to all at home!

Hello Mission Church! I can’t even begin to explain all that
God has been doing this trip. It’s been so overwhelming to the point where at
some points I just can’t hold the tears in, but they are tears of joy and
complete happiness and hope knowing that God has been in this country not only
since we got here but the entire time.
Today, myself and the youth team were walking on the streets
and handing out tracks when all of a sudden golf ball size rain drops came out
of nowhere. Only by the grace of God did we find ourselves right next to a
school where we got to dance and sing for the kids. We walked in the little
shed type buildings and let’s just say God did the rest. It doesn’t matter that
the kids are so young, you can see the love, hope, joy and happiness inside of
them. We all looked horrendous but they didn’t care. They didn’t want us to
leave and it taught me how we need to look at the heart instead of the places
or the buildings and the situations. God is here with us and he won’t leave.

Well today I dropped a concrete block on my pinky; however
one of the perks of traveling with a medical clinic is quality medical care. So
I apparently I’m going to live to fight another day, and today was the last day
of the construction project anyway so it isn’t too bad. Being unable to work for the second half of
the day gave me the ability to sit and observe more than I normally would
have. I got to sit and look out on the
African plain that the job site sits on the edge of, and observe the beauty of
God’s creation. I was able see two
educated and overly qualified civil engineers take orders from a local Forman
who’s plan reading skill were lacking( there’s a window, no window, window, no
window) without a second word or complaint. And I was able to see the money
that came out of our missions fund build a medical clinic for a rural community
literally block by block by block. God
has mysterious and some sometimes painful ways of getting our attention but in
the end it is up to us to see him moving and take time to smell the roses. All of creation speaks to the wonders of God
every day points to his power, his mercy, and his love.
